Features
Just-in-Time Access
No permanent access is granted to critical systems. Staff request access only when they need it, providing a justification.
Time-Limited Sessions
Approved access is valid for a fixed period. The connection is automatically terminated once the time expires.
Closed Outside Business Hours
Access requests outside business hours are rejected by default. The system is fully closed on weekends.
Approval Notification
The access request is sent to the relevant approver. If not approved within the defined window, the request is automatically invalidated.
Endpoint Integration
A client component installable on remote systems also tracks session duration at the endpoint and disconnects when time runs out.
Tiered User Management
A three-tier authorization structure ensures each user can only access the areas under their responsibility. Unauthorized access attempts are logged.
How does it work?
A request is created
The employee submits a request stating why they need to access the system.
An approver signs off
The request is sent to the relevant manager. Access opens once approved.
It closes when time is up
Access is automatically revoked at the end of the defined period, and all actions are logged.
